We're looking for a page manager to strategize and manage pages for our originals and creator clients social media pages.
The ideal candidate consumes social media themselves and knows how to handle multiple projects at once.
They will strategize and make notes for editors to develop optimized video content, as well as upload video content and analyze results for further improvements.
They will also follow processes and style guides developed by Decked previously, as well as have the ability to evolve and come up with their own additions based on learnings from their previous work.
There will be deadlines that must be met in order to maintain output schedule for the projects they are responsible for.
This person will:
- Create strategies and notes for our originals and creator clients social media pages.
- Upload video content for our originals and creator clients social media pages.
- Utilize text graphics / animations and develop burned-in subtitles instructions.
- Develop notes for video editors and create schedules.
- Be responsible for the output schedule for projects and creators they are given.
- Collaborate with video editors and other team members.
- Suggest improvements that can be made to editing styles or formats.
- Maintain quality consistently week over week.
- Attend strategy meetings for video editing improvements.
You Have:
- 3
years of experience consuming modern social media platforms.
- General understanding in what makes a video perform in recommendation algorithms.
- A strong ability to collaborate with others.
- A strong interest in general social media culture.
- Self-starting ambition, curiosity, and fearlessness - A positive mindset with a desire to grow as a person and professional - Fluent in English language
